Michele Lockwood is an Independent Clinical Social Worker, Licensed in Massachusetts, who provides Psychotherapy, Coaching, and Consultation services to individuals and organizations. She offers in-person and telehealth services for adults across the state. Based in the North Shore of Boston, Michele’s clients are often from the surrounding towns of Beverly, Danvers, Essex, Georgetown, Gloucester, Haverhill, Ipswich, Lynn, Lynnfield, Peabody, Rowley, Salem, Saugus, Swampscott, and Topsfield.
Michele treats adults with a variety of mental health conditions including Anxiety Disorders, Depression, PTSD and CPTSD. She also works with individuals who are experiencing grief and loss, spiritual exploration, life transitions, and those who are looking for better ways of managing stress. Michele has over 20 years of experience in the mental health field. She began her career in community mental health, organizational development, and advocacy, and started her private practice in 2018 with a focus on trauma work, life transitions, and integrated holistic care. She works with individuals from diverse backgrounds and relationship structures, as well as with members of the LGBTQIA+ community.
Michele earned her Master of Social Work (MSW) degree with specialization in urban leadership from the Simmons University School of Social Work in Boston, Massachusetts.
